FREE FISHING WEEKEND & GREEN BAY FISHING TOURNAMENT THIS WEEKEND!

Free fishing on all state lakes and streams this Saturday and Sunday, June 2nd & 3rd; licenses are not required.
Free fishing clinics offered at many state parks and other locations for all ages.
This weekend ONLY!  Bag limits and size restrictions apply.

Green Bay Walleye Fishing Tournment
Tournament format
All qualifying tournaments will be held on Sundays. Tournament hours will run from 7 AM to 3:15 PM (2 flights). Each tournament awards 500 points to the top team in a Catch-Record-Release format. Each place after 1st decreases by 2 points for all teams that register fish. 100 points are awarded to teams fishing the tournament that do not register any fish.

NTC QUALIFIER
Green Bay Walleye Series tournaments are qualifying events for the Cabela's NTC. In order to qualify, both anglers on a particular team must be members of The Walleye Federation registered through the Green Bay Walleye Series.

To be eligible for the Cabela's NTC bid, members must be registered with The Walleye Federation (TWF) through the Green Bay Walleye Series.

To register as members of the TWF, call (580) 765-9031 and tell the Federation you would like to become a TWF member through the Green Bay Walleye Series. If a team is already signed up for TWF through the MWC, you are good to go. For more information head on over to their website located -->  Green Bay Walleye Series

Lunch in the Park kicks off with the Tasty Traveler!


               

THE “TASTY TRAVELER” FOOD TRUCK 

RETURNED FOR THE SUMMER !


Join us every Thursday starting @ 11:30 am in the Parking Lot of the Marinette Welcome Center located at 1680 Bridge Street next to the Stephenson Library.


Bring a blanket, lawn chair, or use our picnic tables to enjoy your lunch hour with your own lunch or with the Tasty Traveler. Enjoy your afternoon sitting along the shoreline watching the birds play or bring a book to read. 

We would like to expand our Lunch in the Park series and would invite musicians and other travel food vendors to to join us from 11am - 1pm (no charge).
