TAXI, INC temporarily suspends services.

TAXI, INC.
Marinette, WI

In the 24 years that Taxi, Inc. has provided transportation for the City of Marinette Shared Ride Taxi Program, we have never been faced with an unprecedented event as the COVID-19 virus.  In trying to balance the guidelines of the Federal Center for Disease Control and the Wisconsin Department of Health Services as well as protecting the health of our employees, we will be temporarily suspending service from 3/21/2020 through 4/5/2020.  We are hoping to resume service on 4/6/2020.

This has not been an easy decision to make but the welfare of the passengers and the employees is very important.  While passenger suspension is in place, Taxi, Inc. will operate Monday through Friday piloting a trial program (during this extraordinary time only) picking up pre-ordered and pre-paid orders at grocery stores and pharmacies delivering curb-side.  Customers must come out to the vehicle to pick-up.  It will be the customer’s total responsibility to order, pay and pre-arrange with store/pharmacy to allow Taxi, Inc. to provide this service on their behalf.  Taxi, Inc. will only be transportation and is not responsible for any part of the order placed by the client.  Service will be at the same cost that client would pay if they were riding in the vehicle. Taxi Inc. will be open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM for this service.

Again, Taxi, Inc. regrets the inconvenience this may cause and asks your understanding as we work through this together.
